澄隱所 Atelier of Clarity
一棟從時光中重生的建築。
在都市更新與危老重建的框架中，我們選擇以「光」與「靜」回應時間的厚度。
建築的結構被保留與再構，讓原有的痕跡不被抹去，而是化為一種新的秩序。
外觀比例延續原街廓的節奏，材質則以清水模、磚與金屬交織出溫潤的時間層次；
光線穿越中庭與垂直光井，讓每個空間都能感受到內斂的呼吸。
澄，是時間的靜默；隱，是光的歸處。
在這裡，設計不以重建為終點，而是以延續為起點——
讓城市的記憶，以更純淨的姿態繼續呼吸。
本案為堤朵那 × 瀚逸代表性危老重建集合住宅作品，
以「光影 × 靜謐 × 時間」為設計主軸，
展現建築 × 室內 × 工程一體化的專業整合能力，
重新詮釋都市更新的詩性可能。
危老重建的專業執行
堤朵那 × 瀚逸 具備專業建築師團隊與整合設計能力，
針對每一案件皆進行完整的危老評估與申請規劃。
團隊熟悉危老條例與審查流程，協助屋主以合法認證方式輕鬆完成申請，
並提供法規、面積與基地條件的前期諮詢。
符合資格後，即可申請建築執照並啟動重建作業。
同時，我們整合都市再生補助與危老獎勵政策，
於時程、稅務與建築效率上，皆能獲得最佳效益。
最終目標，是將老舊建築轉化為符合現代安全標準、
兼具高齡友善與生活機能的新場域。
以「延續記憶、重生生活」為核心，實現當代都市居住的全新樣貌。
Atelier of Clarity
A building reborn through time.
Within the framework of urban renewal and old-building reconstruction,
we chose to respond through light and stillness.
The preserved structure transforms into a new architectural order,
where concrete, brick, and metal intertwine the layers of time.
Light flows through the courtyard and vertical voids,
allowing each space to breathe with quiet rhythm.
“Clarity” embodies the stillness of time,
while “Hidden” becomes the home of light.
Here, reconstruction is not the end,
but the continuation of memory —
a gentle rebirth of light within the city.
